What is a Crate?

/kreɪt/ – A slatted wooden case used for transporting goods (The official meaning).
In this current situation, TheCrate is a unique naming for what we call “A Goods Package”. A crate is the meaning of a package/box with products that can be purchased once or via a subscription.

It is Subscriptions Ready?

Yes! At this moment the theme is compatible with YITH WooCommerce Subscription (Free & Pro) and also with most known subscriptions plugin for WooCommerce: WooCommerce Subscriptions.

Can I Use The Theme as a Normal Shop (Without Subscriptions)?

Yes! Simply deactivate the YITH WooCommerce Subscription plugin and the store will be a normal store. Note that you can also mix normal products (simple, variable, grouped, external/affiliate) with subscriptions products.

Any Subscription Plugin Included?

Yes! YITH WooCommerce Subscription (the Free variant) will be recommended after installing the theme and will be installed automatically.

Does The Theme Comes With Demo Importer?

Yes! Please follow the online documentation in order to see how to import any of our live demos.

Do I Get Theme Support Post-Purchase?

Yes! By default, all of our items come with 6 months of included support (with options to extend the support to 12 months).
